According to the official data of the Bureau of Statistics, the overall employment implementation rate of college graduates in 2022 was 23.6%, which has not yet exceeded 30%, which also shows that there is a crisis and that the society needs to do a good job in the employment of graduates. Starting from August 2022 and ending in June 2023, 6 campus presentations were conducted during the period, and school-enterprise cooperation was established among 15 schools. Our Young Talent Program aims to cultivate a group of promising young people to integrate them into HELLA faster, and has established a systematic and sustainable talent ladder with a high degree of support from the corporate management. 

  1. Through tailor-made learning programs (soft skills training, function-specific training) and the assignment of specialized mentors, the young talents are supported to build solid basic functional knowledge and soft skills. 


  2. The company focuses on production line internships for new recruits, so that they can fully understand the production end processes and apply the theoretical knowledge they have learned in practice. 


  3.  One-year orientation rotation system.  


  4.  Organize offline activities for young people once a month to promote communication among young people and build up a network of contacts within the company. 


  5.  Allow young talents to play a central role in quarterly CSR activities. 


  6.  Annual company level induction program. 


The 2022 Campus Recruitment culminated in 20 offers being issued and 12 outstanding talents were groomed for the Company and the society through the year-long Young Talent Development Training. The 2023 Campus Recruitment culminated in 52 offers being issued which were reported in July. To a certain extent, it has eased the employment pressure on fresh graduates, provided young talents with channels to realize self-development and employment, alleviated the pressure on youth employment and promoted social stability. Through the Youth Talent Development Program, fresh graduates are able to better understand the career field, develop the skills needed for practical work and increase their competitiveness for future employment, cultivating a group of reserve talents for the future market of the smart manufacturing automotive industry. And the CSR activities organized by Freshers have made great contributions to the society and the environment.
