MANN+HUMMEL provides employment opportunities for people with disabilities and allows this special group to create their own value. At MANN+HUMMEL, we are not only deeply involved in the filtration industry, but we are also committed to corporate social responsibility and contribute to social welfare.  

The cooperation between MANN+HUMMEL and Inclusion Factory creates 8 jobs for people with disabilities, and there have been 6 years of cooperation since 2017, with a cumulative production of 6,565,007 safety valves, and a cumulative total output value of 1,054,945 RMB. 

2023 MANN+HUMMEL set up the public welfare volunteer group -- GREEN LOVING CARE, to actively interact with the disabled employees of Inclusion Factory, with diversity, equality, and inclusion, allowing different groups can all realize their value at work.
