Carcoustics is a medium-sized supplier on a course of international growth. We are an experienced specialist in the fields of acoustical, thermal and electromagnetic insulation for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. The customer’s individual requirements are the core of our thinking and our business.

Due to our global footprint, we are present not only with production plants but also with development centers and an international sales structure in the major markets in Europe, America and Asia. The proximity to existing and potentially new customers allows us quickly and efficiently make the benefits of new innovations available worldwide. Our focus is on a sustainable and profitable growth in all relevant markets.

Carcoustics is on a path of international growth with 20 locations in Europe, America and Asia. In 2012, Carcoustics built up its first plant in China Hebei Langfang to provide its solutions in proximity to the Chinese customers. In 2018, Carcoustics built up its second plant in the North of China Liaoning Shenyang. As the Carcoustics’s core competence lies in the development of new products and individual solutions for its customers, a development center for the Asian region was built in Shanghai in 2018. Carcoustics is able to reach the major customers in the economic area and fulfil their requirements.

Carcoustics is independent from raw materials and working with six different production technologies: Thermoforming, Aluminumforming, PU Foaming, Die Cutting, Vacuumforming and Blow Moulding. Thereby we are very flexible in the development of products and the according processes and thus able to always find the best solution for the individual requirements of the customer. Our products and module solutions find the best combination of price, performance and quality. Our development competence is existing of experts in the areas of acoustics, thermodynamics, electromagnetic compatibility, prototyping, testing, automation and many more.

Carcoustics Automotive Parts (Langfang) Co., Ltd which was established in 2011. It is located in the Wantong Industrial Park, Economic&technology Development Zone in Langfang, Hebei Province. With an area of 5133m², the company has thermforming, PU foaming, die cutting technologies and related equipment. Main customers are BBAC, Chery and Greatwall etc.

Carcoustics Automotive Parts (Shenyang) Co., Ltd which was established in 2017. It is located in the Würth Industrial Park, Dadong District in Shenyang, Liaoning Province. With a space of 8064m². It has thermforming, aluminum forming, vaccuum forming, die cutting technologies and related equipment. Main customers are BBA, Geely and Brose etc.

Carcoustics Shanghai Innovation Tech Center was established in 2018. It is located in Baoshan district with 400 square meters and relocated to Songjiang district in 2022 with 2479m²space. The new address is Lane 128, Jiuting Road, Jiuting Town, Songjiang District Shanghai. There are semi-anechoic room, protype workshop, Climatic Chambers and many other acoustics and thermal and electromagnetic test equipment to support the development of new product.
