Edscha Kunshan (EACK) recently organized a special three-day summer camp for left-behind children of selected employees, aimed at fostering engagement and enhancing employee satisfaction. The camp provided the children with an opportunity to experience firsthand the work environment of their parents while enjoying a memorable summer experience.

EACK General Manager, Mr. Xu Jun warmly welcomed the young visitors on the first day of the camp, creating a friendly and inclusive atmosphere. The children were excited to explore the showroom and  EACK plant, where they were guided on a comprehensive tour by the EACK HR team, EACK Production team and EAT Marketing and communications. This immersive experience allowed them to gain a better understanding of their parents' hard work and dedication, helping to bridge the gap between home and the workplace.

The summer camp also featured an enriching visit to the Shanghai Automotive Museum. During the museum visit, Mrs. Dong Chun explained the fundamentals of automotive structures to the children, helping them gain a deeper understanding of how vehicles are designed and built. This educational trip sparked their curiosity and appreciation for the industry their parents contribute to daily.

In addition to the plant and museum visits, the children were treated to an exciting day out exploring the vibrant city of Shanghai. Highlights included a scenic cruise along the Huangpu River and a thrilling visit to Shanghai Disneyland, where the children enjoyed the park’s magical attractions and unforgettable experiences.

By offering this unique opportunity, EACK not only strengthened the bond between the company and its employees but also allowed the children to gain a deeper understanding of their parents’ work, fostering pride and appreciation. EACK thanks all the staff, children, and volunteers who made this event a great success. Edscha look forward to creating more opportunities that bring joy and meaningful connections to our employees and their families.
